Where can I change channels?

If your store is internet connected, you are able to change the channel via cs.business.stingray.com from your mobile phone, tablet or your computer. If your store is not connected to the internet, please contact our support department.

Where can I find the volume button? 

 There is no volume button on your SB2 media player. The volume is adjusted by your store’s regular sound system, either via a volume control or directly on the amplifier connected to the SB2.

How can I unsubscribe?

If you wish to stop receiving music in your commercial establishment, you can do so by writing to ar@stingray.com.

How do I make my changes to my music lineup?

If your music player is connected to the Internet, you can make changes to your music lineup easily. Simply log in to your account through our sign in page and select the channel you wish to play.  The control site also allows you to change channels, block songs, upload messages, program messages into your music lineup and much more. If your music player is not connected to the Internet, it is possible you do not have access to your online account and will not be able to change your channels. Is Stingray Business broadcasting music legally?

If you use background music, music videos and messages in your business, a SOCAN, RE:SOUND, CMRRA-SODRAC Inc. (CSI), Connect Music Licensing and SOPROQ licence may be required. Stingray Business owns all the national licences required to broadcast your content legally. Avoid a long, strenuous and sometimes costly administrative process by leaving the copyright and licensing fees up to our legal counsel.  

How can I have my music played on Stingray Business? 

If you wish to submit your music for consideration for airplay on Stingray Business, please forward a download link for a zipped high-quality digital version of your new release to programming@stingray.com. Please do not send music or data files as email attachments. You can also mail one copy of your CD to the following address: Music Director Stingray Music 730 Wellington street Montreal QC H3C1T4. 

Please only submit current music releases. We will contact you if we require your back catalogue. We invite you to include information about your musical style or suggestions as to which Stingray Music channel(s) would be most appropriate to play your music.
