  • Display cubes with transparent screens promoting sought-after brands.
  • Synchronized multi-screens themed video walls broadcasting custom content adapted to each department (i.e. hockey, golf.)
  • Shoe display cases with RFID chips 
  • Sales aid kiosks connected to Sports Experts’ new transactional website.
  • This audacious project has brought Sports Experts years ahead of the competition with respect to integrating technology into the retail environment. The two revamped Sports Experts stores also serve as a menu of options for franchisees wishing to implement and customize one or many of these solutions.

The solution

Our team was ready for the challenge. These 5 interactive kiosks allow the users to inform themselves on what activities are going on in the town, to use as a map to find the various restaurants and shops, as well as other functionalities. The second phase of the project entails the integration of the kiosks and smart phones.

Why is my display continually scrolls through the title and artist information, but there is no music playing?

Reboot the device using the following steps:

a. Press STANDBY and allow the device to go into Standby Mode

b. Press STANDBY again and allow the device to power down

c. Press the power button on the back of the device

d. Unplug the power cord and leave the device unplugged for 30 seconds

e. Plug the power cord back in and press the power button

f. Press STANDBY once – the device will initialize and return to music playback

Why is my display reads music stopped?

This indicates that no music is scheduled to play at that time. Verify that the Time and Date are set correctly on the device by selecting the “Set Date and Time” option in the Menu. If you need to adjust your music schedule, contact Stingray Business Technic Support.
