These 5 interactive kiosks allow the users to inform themselves on what activities are going on in the town, to use as a map to find the various restaurants and shops, as well as other functionalities. The second phase of the project entails the integration of the kiosks and smart phones.

Reboot the device using the following steps:
a. Press STANDBY and allow the device to go into Standby Mode
b. Press STANDBY again and allow the device to power down
c. Press the power button on the back of the device
d. Unplug the power cord and leave the device unplugged for 30 seconds
e. Plug the power cord back in and press the power button
f. Press STANDBY once – the device will initialize and return to music playback
This indicates that no music is scheduled to play at that time. Verify that the Time and Date are set correctly on the device by selecting the “Set Date and Time” option in the Menu. If you need to adjust your music schedule, contact Stingray Business Technic Support.

Your SB2 is shipped with an Ethernet cable by default. However, music is loaded onto the player and will continue to work even if your store does not have the internet. It is important however to be performing the regular USB updates to ensure music content is updated.
Verify if your SB2 is connected to a switched outlet. If you are turning off a light or master power source at night, this may be turning off the device.
Music will temporarily shut off while the device updates. It is best to perform these updates at the close of business.
