What should I do when my TV is not working?

We suggest that you close the circuit breaker of your device in your electrical panel, wait 10 seconds, then reopen the circuit breaker.

Where can I change channels?

If your store is internet connected, you are able to change the channel via cs.business.stingray.com from your mobile phone, tablet or your computer. If your store is not connected to the internet, please contact our support department.

Where can I find the volume button?

There is no volume button on your SB3 media player. The volume is adjusted by your store’s regular sound system, either via a volume control or directly on the amplifier connected to the SB3.

Stingray Business has helped curate music that fits within Frédéric’s brand vision. Music is an integral part of his personal life, it was important to create a cohesive environment for his store – that doesn’t distract from the products. It needs to be almost muted, neutral and authentic. We chose a lot of classical music, jazz, and local passionate artists such as Patrick Watson and Coeur de Pirate. It was instrumental in making sure there was a smooth transition between each song to create a harmonious environment.
