How can I unsubscribe?

If you wish to stop receiving music in your commercial establishment, you can do so by writing to ar@stingray.com.

How can I change my payment method?

Stop sending cheques and start sending payments quickly and automatically! Our flexible methods of payment allow you to remit your monthly invoices through: pre-authorized credit, pre-authorized debit and Internet/telephone banking.

Note that invoices are issued and sent 2 to 3 weeks prior to the invoice date.

Why is my display continually scrolls through the title and artist information, but there is no music playing?

Reboot the device using the following steps:

a. Press STANDBY and allow the device to go into Standby Mode

b. Press STANDBY again and allow the device to power down

c. Press the power button on the back of the device

d. Unplug the power cord and leave the device unplugged for 30 seconds

e. Plug the power cord back in and press the power button

f. Press STANDBY once – the device will initialize and return to music playback

Why my music goes down after an update on my SB3?

Music will temporarily shut off while the device updates. It is best to perform these updates at the close of business.

How can I have my music played on Stingray Business? 

If you wish to submit your music for consideration for airplay on Stingray Business, please forward a download link for a zipped high-quality digital version of your new release to programming@stingray.com. Please do not send music or data files as email attachments. You can also mail one copy of your CD to the following address: Music Director Stingray Music 730 Wellington street Montreal QC H3C1T4. 

Please only submit current music releases. We will contact you if we require your back catalogue. We invite you to include information about your musical style or suggestions as to which Stingray Music channel(s) would be most appropriate to play your music. 

The TV screen is black and the LED light on the TV is flashing.

 

The TV is in standby mode. Restart the TV using the ON/OFF switch behind the TV or with the circuit breaker. If the problem persists, press the SOURCE button on the remote control until the SOURCE window appears, then select the "MagicInfo" source.
