What should I do when my TV is not working?

Please note that the majority of problems are resolved by restarting your device. You can unplug it from the power outlet, wait 10 seconds, and then plug it back in again. We suggest that you close the circuit breaker of your device in your electrical panel, wait 10 seconds, then reopen the circuit breaker.

My LED display isn't working.

Your LED display contains an external digital display reader, but that can be found inside the LED display case. Most problems are resolved by restarting the drive; You can unplug it from the power outlet, press and hold the "Power" button until the drive turns off, or close the circuit breaker. Wait 10 seconds, then reconnect or reopen the drive or circuit breaker. The player takes 3 to 5 minutes to complete the reset.

If the problem persists, the image on your screen deteriorates or one or more LEDs are off (one or more black spots), it is imperative that you send an email with a description to the address: ServiceDE@Stingray.com
