Why is my display reads music stopped?

This indicates that no music is scheduled to play at that time. Verify that the Time and Date are set correctly on the device by selecting the “Set Date and Time” option in the Menu. If you need to adjust your music schedule, contact Stingray Business Technic Support.

Why is my display continually scrolls through the title and artist information, but there is no music playing?

Reboot the device using the following steps:

a. Press STANDBY and allow the device to go into Standby Mode

b. Press STANDBY again and allow the device to power down

c. Press the power button on the back of the device

d. Unplug the power cord and leave the device unplugged for 30 seconds

e. Plug the power cord back in and press the power button

f. Press STANDBY once – the device will initialize and return to music playback

My display reads: “Error Code 7”
