What should I do when my TV is not working?

Please note that the majority of problems are resolved by restarting your device. You can unplug it from the power outlet, wait 10 seconds, and then plug it back in again. We suggest that you close the circuit breaker of your device in your electrical panel, wait 10 seconds, then reopen the circuit breaker.

The screen is black and the indicator light is on. What should I do?

 

The TV is off. Please turn on your TV with the help of your remote control.
