Stingray Provides Cutting-Edge Digital Innovations to a New Generation of Sports Experts Stores

Montreal, November 20, 2015 - Stingray (TSX: RAY.A; RAY.B), a leading business-to-business multi-platform music and in-store media solutions provider, today announced that is has completed the pioneering project of converting a Sports Experts store in Laval, Quebec and another in Ste-Foy, Quebec into hubs of digital innovations.

Stingray, through Stingray Business, its in-store media solutions division, was given the mandate of transforming the customer experience in both Sports Experts locations with cutting-edge content and technologies including:

  • Tactile display cubes with transparent screens
  • Synchronized multi-screens videowalls
  • Shoe display cases with RFID chips (in collaboration with Orkestra)
  • Ringboard LED screen (a Quebec-first in a retail environment)
  • Tablets for each sales representatives
